To register for SystmOnline, please follow the following steps:
Step 1: You must be registered as a patient at Crown House Surgery. Looking to join? You can register right here online.
Step 2: You need to come into Reception, in person with a form of ID, without any ID we are unable register you for SystmOnline services.
Step 3: After checking your ID, we will issue you with a username & password, please allow 2 hours for system to update, to use this initially.
Once completed you will be able use the following features:
- Book/Cancel Appointments
- Order Repeat Medication
- Send a message to your Doctor’s Secretary
- View a Summary of your Medical Record – this requires a further request from your online account
- Change/Update you Contact Information
*Please be aware when ordering your repeat prescription, we can only issue your medication within 7 days of it becoming due. If you require an earlier prescription due to holidays etc. please inform us when ordering.
