We understand the importance of providing a high quality & cost effective service to our patients. To help provide this we have an active Patients in Partnership programme called CHAT, to help us develop our practice. We constantly measure the quality of our services and produce an Annual Report. In addition, there are some national surveys that monitor our performance. Please see below for more details:
Each year we compile an Annual report, this is a quantitative and qualitative report examining services offered, quality of care, value for money and organisational development. The latest report is available to view here.
Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF)
This is an extensive and complicated set of performance targets. These are set by the Department of Health and intended to raise the quality of General Practice. QOF is central to the contract held with the local Primary Care Trust and is monitored closely each year. For further information, you can visit http://www.ic.nhs.uk/qof.
